The Orion City annual general owners’ meeting was held on October 24. Soon you will receive the minutes of the meeting with all the details and now we inform you about the decisions of the meeting briefly:

- the financial report for 2019-2020 and the auditors' reports were approved, the work of the management Board members was recognized as successful;

- the budget for next year and amount of aydat payment were agreed;

- by a majority vote it was decided to fix the amount of the aydat in Turkish lira;

- Ayhan YÜRÜTMEN, Hakan ÖZMEN and Victoria KOVALEVA became members of the Board for the next period, Nader GHAEMI became a reserve member of the Board;

- auditors for the following year was chosen Moseyeb KHAJEHDEHI, Batuhan TÜĞSÜZ and Kürşat AĞCADAĞ, Oxana YEROFEEVA became a reserve auditor;

- the issues and proposals of the owners were also discussed and decisions were made which you will learn in detail from the Minutes of the meeting and from our subsequent information.
