As previously reported Board members repeatedly asked members of the former Board and management company Easy Home comments on the audit results of independent accounting company and also demanded to provide the necessary documents which were not transferred to our complex. The last request was in notarial form. Till now we have not received a response to any of the requests.

In this regard the Board members on behalf of the owners with the help of lawyers filed a lawsuit against members of the former Board and the management company Easy Home for causing damage to the owners of Orion City.

Documents for the trial are currently being prepared.
