On 18/07/2020 all owners received by email a financial report on the income and expenses of the complex for the period from 26/10/2019 to 30/06/2020. For the first time in the history of the complex the report is provided not for a year but for the first 8 months of the Board's activity because we believe that all owners have the right to know in advance how the Board uses the collected funds.

A general report consists of several reports at once:

1) report on the income and expenses of the complex in Turkish Lira for the reporting period as a whole;

2) income report in the context of income items for each month separately;

3) report on the expenses of the complex in the context of expenditure items for each month separately;

4) the status of the Bank accounts of the complex at the time of business handover from the previous administration of the complex, i.e. on 09/11/2019;

5) list of owner's debts for 2019 and earlier as of 30/06/2020 with penalties for late payment;

6) calculation of the exchange rate difference of funds held in bank accounts as of the last day of each month;

7) calculation of budget savings over the period of restrictive measures related to COVID-19;

8) report on the audit of the Orion City Board activity from Kürşat AĞCADAĞ for the reporting period;

9) comment of the auditor Moseyeb KHAJEHDEHI on the report of the Board for the period from 26/10/2019 to 30/06/2020 and the financial condition of the complex.

We thank all the owners for the trust and support that you give us in the form of timely contributions and kind words to us. We also want to assure you that all budget funds are spent by us only for the benefit of the complex, honestly and openly.
