A report on the results of the audit commission for the quality of the repair to the dublex apartments implemented in 2019
On March 13, 2020 the Commission composed of Board members, Head of the repair company and owners with the formal consent of the 23 duplex apartments owners were able to check the quality of works on painting balcony walls, sealing tile joints, painting and sealing marble joints of the outer part of the elevator towers.
When checking the roofs of blocks it was found that the previous problems with the roofs still remained because the repair contract concluded by the former Board members with the construction company ATIK DEMIR DOĞRAMA did not indicate the repair of the roofs.
The inspection also showed that all the works specified in the contract were performed by the repair company but in the act of acceptance and transfer of works Commission members noted that their cost of 239,000 TL (excluding VAT) approved by the former administration of the complex was too high for such kind of work.
