In mid-March all owners will receive a login and password to access the Senyonet accounting system via e-mail. 

The program will allow not only to track your balance for aydat payments for the presence of debt or overpayment but also to control all expenses and revenues of the complex as a whole. 

A very convenient option is to pay your debts directly from the program (if there are any) with a Bank card on-line. For this service the Bank will deduct a Commission from the card: when paying with international cards - 4.1% of the payment amount, when paying with Turkish Bank cards-2.5%. At the moment it is possible to pay for aydat until June 2020 inclusive, as well as an additional payment of 118 EUR. It will be possible to pay for aydat for the next 6 months in July 2020.
