The Manager Mr. Ayhan received information from the Municipality about property tax payment.

He was told that the first half of the tax (50%) must be paid by the owners by June 01, 2020. If for some reason it is not possible to pay then the penalty for delay will be 1,6 % per month. The second half of the tax must be paid by December 01, 2020, after this time penalties for delay will also be accrued.  

To pay property tax, follow these steps: 
1) go to the portal using the link https://e-belediye.alanya.bel.tr/webportal/index.php
2) select Hızlı e-Ödeme (Üyesiz) from the menu on the left;
3) in the Sicil Numaranız field enter the 6-digit number from the previous tax payment receipts (it is indicated in the upper right corner), in the Vergi No field enter 10-digit tax number;
4) enter 4 characters of the secret code shown in the picture;
5) press the Sorgula button;
6) if you entered everything correctly you will see several lines with tax amounts or a message that you have paid all taxes. Please, mark all lines in the field by "V" and click the Öde button;
7) on the next page you can enter your Bank card details (VISA/MasterCard, owner's name, card number, month and year of card validity). The only advice is to enter the secret CCV-code of the card using the virtual keyboard which is located on the left side for security reasons;
8) after payment you will be notified that the tax payment was successful and will be asked to enter your e-mail address to send a payment receipt there.
